Sound Healing

The ancient  Egyptians recognised the many benefits of using sound, vibration and different frequencies to heal their bodies. This knowledge has traveled down through time and is now  being used once more .

Settling our emotional bodies, bringing calm to our mental bodies, soothing our physical bodies, all whilst reconnecting us back to our Soul essence..

Working with a variety of instruments and musical tools, we put together a bespoke soundscape that is designed to support you in the moment.

Reiki 

Rei meaning life force and Ki meaning energy (reiki),  is intuitive healing which harnesses the Universal energy that is flowing all around us. It can be given either face to face, in a group setting or sent via distance healing.  It can be both hands on and hands off.

There are so  many benefits including helping Souls to destress and become calm and relaxed. 

Colour

We use colour to compliment both of these healing methods as we are guided. Each colour has a vibrational frequency and energy of its own. These can assist in clearing energetic blockages creating grounding, and helping balance to return within.

What does the term 'emotion' mean? It is literally energy in motion. We should be able to express how we are feeling in every moment.

Sadly too many of us have brought up in family and extended environments where this expression was shut down.

When we try and store that which should be expressed, then an imbalance can occur in our mental or physical states.

Our emotional recovery program was developed to help individuals work through different kinds of trapped emotions in a very gentle way to allow balance to return.
