We are unable to offer refunds at this time.

Where possible we will try to reschedule your appointment or booking instead.

We can only reschedule once per booking.

Preparing for your session starts as soon as you book. We work intuitively and each appointment is bespoke to you. 

Management discretion in all matters is reserved.
